The project is owned by PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, this East Kalimantan project serves as a bulk cement storage and distribution facility with a total capacity of 10,000 tons across four silos. The scope included detailed engineering, supply, and construction for silo modifications. The project was completed and officially handed over to the owner in 2024.

The supervision of operational services for the Baturaja II Cement Plant focused on ensuring smooth and reliable plant performance during the critical post- commissioning and ramp-up phase. The scope covered daily monitoring of key production units (raw mill, kiln, coal mill, cement mill, and packing plant), evaluation of performance indicators against design targets, and support in maintenance planning to reduce downtime. In addition, the supervision team provided hands-on training and knowledge transfer to local operators and technicians, strengthening their competence in running complex process equipment.

The PTS3 Cement Grinding Station is located in East Kalimantan. The facility consists of a 110 tph ball mill, 40,000 t clinker storage, 6,000 t gypsum and 3,000 t additive storage, two 6,000 t cement silos, a 120 tph packing plant, and an integrated jetty with 1,000 tph conveyor system. Designed with dust control systems and scalability up to 3 Mtpa. The project was completed with the a project handover certificate signed with the Owner in 2019.
